Nature of Design

Pandoor Doors was founded in 1989 out of vision to turn designed doors into an integral part of Israeli residential culture and it is this approach which was responsible for the design revolution which the Israeli interior door industry underwent when they were transformed from a mere functional element into one of the most crucial elements in home design. Pandoor was the first to introduce Italian designs into local awareness and the first to integrate computerized production lines into the local construction carpentry industry. Pandoor was also one of the first companies in the world to offer unique Laminato models which quickly became the most widely sold doors in the country. In March 2011, the company began production and marketing of the "Unique" door series, an exclusive line developed by the company alone. "Unique" doors are acoustic, water resistant, pest resistant (including woodworm) and are especially durable against mechanical damage.
Pandoor Doors is currently Israel's largest interior door manufacturer, combining uncompromising manufacturing quality, style, uniqueness of design and superior customer service. As a result of such and other activities, the company has been declared winner of the GeoCartographia survey's "Manufacturer of the best and most decorative interior doors in Israel" award held on behalf of the "National Test" for seven years in a row. As part of the Tower's perception of quality, all standard models offered to its tenants are decorated "Pandoor Laminato Shades" designs which include water-resistant polymeric door frames and sleeves combined with metallic-shaded horizontal metal strips ("metallic shade Quatro").
