The Israeli Building Center Business Conference

The Israeli Building Center Business Conference, The Dead Sea

Bat-Yam's Nave Noff Tower, constructed by Nave, a member of the IDB Property and Building Corp., was chosen by the Israeli Building Center as Israel's No.1 residential project for 2013. The 'Choice Project Award' was awarded to Nave during course of the Israeli Building Center's real-estate conference held at the Dead Sea.
"There are many projects around the world which had made significant impact on the surrounding urban landscape and which had served as an unequivocal turning point in the urban development of the town or neighborhood in which they stand. Such projects were able to have such impact due to the implementation of innovative residential concepts, use of groundbreaking architecture, construction of change-generating public spaces, eventually attracting new populations which resulted in a rise of real-estate prices throughout the entire area".
Nave, a member of the IDB Property and Building Corp., was the first to recognize the great potential and opportunity offered by Bat-Yam and to grasp it with both hands. The rich technical specification was devised using building standards previously unheard of outside Tel Aviv, constituting a turning point and clear indicator of the changes the city is undergoing, primarily in the area of the new beach promenade.
The Israeli Building Center holds profound respect for the company's entrepreneurial boldness and never-ending pursuit in creation of such an outstanding and ground-breaking project".
